    • Application and Eligibility Criteria for OOG Services

    Office of Guardianship services are available to people who: 

    • Are age 18 or older;
    • Reside or are located in New Mexico;
    • Have a functional impairment causing them to be unable to make or communicate decisions regarding their personal or financial affairs (“incapacitated”); and
    • Are financially eligible, meaning the household earns less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
